Made to Order

If a piece is made to order, please check the product-specific page for production time. Made-to-order pieces can only be exchanged for store credit within 14 days from the delivery date. Delivery Times

3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS*

Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation. We will send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

*Please note, international deliveries may be subject to delays with local custom offices. 

Returns & Exchanges  

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. Here’s how you can process your exchange or return.

• For an exchange or return you must notify Biskit within 14 days of receipt of the product.
• To notify Biskit, write to us at info@biskit.in with your return or exchange request. Please include your order details (Order number/ order confirmation email) and details of the piece you would like to return or exchange and your reason for doing so.
• We will write back to you with a return authorization and further details on how to process your return or exchange. 
• Please pack all pieces with all tags intact, in their original packing. If the original tags have been removed or tampered with, we won’t be able to process your return.
• Once we have received the item, we will check it to make sure it is in good condition and eligible for returns. Thereafter, we will credit your account within 10 to 14 working days the amount paid for the piece. 
• In case of an exchange, we will ship the requested item as soon as we receive the original order. 
• We do not accept any returns/exchanges on sale items.
• Within India, we will refund the full amount paid for Returns. 
• For International Orders:
• Returns - we will not be able to refund Shipping Charges or import duties, customs fees or local taxes paid by you.
• Exchanges - we will refund the Shipping Charges
